Understanding the empowr Mission
| | Now is a great time to ask, "Why did you want to become a Success Coach?" Being a Success Coach on empowr means you're part of the empowr mission to "empower people by enabling opportunity, hope and influence." This means much more than just teaching citizens how to create ads or how to maximize their earnings - It's much larger than that. Those are just parts of the puzzle that lead us towards achieving the mission. When we teach citizens how empowr works and how to be successful on the site, they gain two things: 1- knowledge 2- trust Both knowledge and trust allow citizens to truly benefit from all feature of the platform, while also helping to promote and spread the empowr mission. You must help your clients understand and gain knowledge on how to be successful on empowr, and they must trust you to be their guide.
How to build trust with your clients:
Positivity – positivity means remaining professional and calm at all times. If you see someone on the site talking negatively about empowr - don't jump to the defensive - take action and educate that person. If you simply defend by saying, "No, it's not" it will become a situation where someone feels they need to be right and no one will listen. Look at unhappy or even angry clients always as an opportunity to educate. You'll find that often people are unhappy because they simply are having a problem that isn't solved or they don't understand how an aspect of empowr works. Always take the opportunity to help.
Connection – when Success Coaches personalize their messages, it engages clients and helps build trust. Clients are looking to connect and get answers from real people – if they feel like you are copy and pasting answers, they will think you don’t care. Taking time to ask questions about their goals and to individualize your responses shows clients that you care about their success. Resourcefulness – have a full working knowledge of empowr and if you don't know the answer - find out. Also be the person your client can trust to provide information. Understand that your clients often don't know or understand empowr. Have patience and be understanding of their questions or apprehensions. What does it mean to empower people by enabling opportunity, hope and influence? Empowering People specifically, means giving people the ability to control the direction their lives are going in. The direction they want to take their lives in will be unique to each individual. Enabling Opportunity, Hope and Influence specifically means that empowr provides people the opportunity to begin building their own network of trusted relationships which will quickly become a long-term asset that enables them to generate earnings. By providing them a means of earning an income, they have hope in a better future, which ultimately provides them influence in the direction that their personal lives (and the lives of those around them) can go. Help your clients to strategize and understand the platform. It’s extremely important that we answer all of their questions and clear up any misconceptions from the beginning, to ensure that everyone has the best possible experience.
empowr Business Model
empowr’s goal is to return 97% of its revenue back to its empowr citizens. It’s important that each client realize the importance of their participation, and that with each action they take, they are contributing to the economy’s growth and success.
Ways to Earn: Citizens can earn on empowr through a variety of different activities. Some of these activities include: Posting (blogs, photos, videos, status updates). They further the empowr mission when they buy ads for those posts and fund them, which puts funds into the pool that is then distributed back to citizens based on the views of their posts. Selling - Participating in the empowr marketplace is one of the most important ways for members to contribute to the empowr mission. They can sell items or services by fixed price or by auction. Citizens can also purchase items in the marketplace in order to re-sell them - this is called "Sponsoring". Teaching – being a Success Coach on empowr means you are helping other citizens learn how to be successful on the site. Success Coaches earn based on their ability to ensure their clients are happy and successful. Coaching isn’t just a way to earn more – Success Coaches find it rewarding and motivating to see their clients excel.
All of this is made possible by ad credits.
From day one, all empowr citizens are provided $1,000 in ad credits and a free $6 power user subscription that they can utilize to immediately accelerate the growth of their fan base, views and earnings.
In exchange for the use of those services, there are fees that empowr citizens can choose to pay upfront; or, they can opt to pay the fees when they cash out. If at any point they no longer wish to take advantage of those services, they can stop using them. They can even delete their account at any time and owe nothing to the platform.
When ad credits are used to fund ads or managed ad campaigns for blog posts or products and services it kickstarts the empowr economy for all members.
Along with purchasing ads to promote their own items, citizens can also purchase ads for other people’s items, and earn when anyone clicks those ads to make a purchase or views the content. As a Success Coach, It is vital that you educate your clients on how ad credits and ad platform fees work, and that they understand that their earnings are due to the ad credits extended to them.
